Welcome to Timlalin Activities. By booking any activity with us or using our website timlalinactivities.com, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Our Services

Timlalin Activities offers guided outdoor adventure activities at Timlalin Dunes, near Agadir, Morocco, including:

Quad biking
Sandboarding
Camel rides
Canyon tours
Sunset tea experiences
Traditional Moroccan dinners
Special events (birthdays, romantic proposals)

Booking and Payment

Bookings can be made via WhatsApp at +212 777-332810
No advance payment is required unless otherwise specified
Payment is made on the day of the activity, in cash or as agreed with our team
Prices are listed in Euros (€) but can also be paid in Moroccan Dirhams (MAD)

Cancellations

Guests may cancel or reschedule their booking by contacting us via WhatsApp at least 24 hours before the scheduled activity
We reserve the right to reschedule activities due to weather conditions or safety concerns
No refund is required for cancellations as no advance payment is collected

Safety

All activities are conducted under the supervision of experienced local guides
Safety equipment (helmets, goggles) is provided for quad biking and other relevant activities
Guests must follow the guide’s safety instructions at all times
Guests participate in all activities at their own risk
Guests with medical conditions, pregnancy, or physical limitations should inform our team before booking

Age Requirements

Quad biking requires guests to be at least 16 years old to drive independently; younger guests may ride as passengers with a guide
Sandboarding, camel rides, and canyon tours are suitable for all ages, including children, under adult supervision

Liability

Timlalin Activities and its guides are not responsible for:

Personal injury resulting from failure to follow safety instructions
Loss or damage to personal belongings during activities
Delays caused by weather conditions, road conditions, or factors beyond our control

Hotel Pickup

Hotel pickup is available as an extra service from Agadir, Taghazout, Imsouane, and nearby areas
Pickup times and pricing are confirmed directly via WhatsApp before booking

Intellectual Property

All content on timlalinactivities.com, including text, images, and logos, is the property of Timlalin Activities and may not be copied or reproduced without permission.

Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
